- Services Provided: The App offers functionality for financial analysis, benchmarking, report generation, business improvement suggestions, risk analysis, tax minimisation suggestions, and marketing tools for accountants.
- Restrictions: The App is open for use without restriction, but is primarily aimed at accountants in public practice.
3. User Accounts
- Account Creation: Users must create an account to access the App. Personal and business information will be collected during signup.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords and login credentials.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Subscription Fees: The App operates on a subscription model.
- Pricing Tiers: Multiple pricing tiers are available based on the level of service.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Subscription fees must be paid in advance. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but the service will continue until the end of the current paid period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
- Data Uploaded: Users may upload financial data and business information about their clients for analysis and report generation.
- Data Use: All data is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested reports.
- Third-Party Processing: Uploaded data will be passed to a third-party Large Language Model (LLM) for analysis. The App will then collate the responses into a report for the user.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: FinAnalytics AI Solutions Pty Ltd owns all intellectual property rights to the App and its content, including algorithms, software, and generated reports.
- User Rights: Users have the right to use the output generated by the App and may rebrand the reports as their own without reference to FinAnalytics.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
- Accuracy: The App does not guarantee the accuracy of its outputs. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the analyses and reports generated.
- Liability: FinAnalytics AI Solutions Pty Ltd accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or issues arising from the use of the App.
- Disclaimers: All reports generated will include disclaimers noting that the information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon without professional judgment.
8. Termination
- Termination by Us: User access may be terminated for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
- Termination by Users: Users may terminate their accounts at any time and request deletion of all data, including client data they have uploaded.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the user and the company may be resolved through independent arbitration.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
